SWISS: Q6NSL7 Gene ID: 3991 HSL又稱：敏感性甘油三酯脂肪酶，在脂肪動員中，脂肪細胞內激素敏感性甘油三酯脂肪酶（HSL）起決定性作用，它是脂肪分解的限速酶，稱為激素敏感性脂肪酶。腎上腺素、去甲腎上腺素、胰高血糖素等激活HSL促進脂肪動員；胰島素，前列腺素E及煙酸等抑制HSL，抑制脂肪的動員。分子量：116KDa。 |
