Fodrin, which seems to be involved in secretion, interacts with calmodulin in a calcium-dependent manner and is thus candidate for the calcium-dependent movement of the cytoskeleton at the membrane. SWISS: Q13813 Gene ID: 6709 血影蛋白(spectrin)又稱收縮蛋白，是紅細(xì)胞膜骨架的主要成份,參與了細(xì)胞骨架結(jié)構(gòu)的形成。但不是紅細(xì)胞膜蛋白的成份,約占膜提取蛋白的30%。血影蛋白屬是類似肌球蛋白的膜的外在性蛋白的一種。Spectrin α是膜里側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白質(zhì)之一，除起支持雙層脂質(zhì)外，還有保持紅細(xì)胞外形的作用，Spectrin-α占里側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白之60—70％。 |

25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with SPTAN1 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-61537R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
