Receptor for oxytocin. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. SWISS: P30559 Gene ID: 5021 OTR在人的子宮平滑肌細(xì)胞膜上有縮宮素受體，縮宮素引起子宮收縮的機(jī)制可能是通過(guò)激活縮宮素受體而實(shí)現(xiàn)的。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，縮宮素受體在外周組織和中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)均有分布。縮宮素與不同組織、細(xì)胞上的縮宮素受體結(jié)合，通過(guò)多種信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑而發(fā)揮作用。 |

25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with Oxytocin R monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-62111R) at 1:2000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
