Recognizes the ribosomal RNA gene promoter and activates transcription mediated by RNA polymerase I (Pol I) through cooperative interactions with the transcription factor SL1/TIF-IB complex. It binds specifically to the upstream control element and can activate Pol I promoter escape. SWISS: P17483 Gene ID: 3214 OXB4通過激活不同的信號通路增強HSC的自我更新,同時又不影響維持正常穩(wěn)態(tài)造血的調控機制。提高HOXB4的表達水平,能夠極大地增強HSC的自我更新功能,但基本不影響細胞的分化、系特異性及終末細胞的形態(tài)和功能。另外，HOXB4還可增強胚胎干細胞(embryonic stem cell,ESC)的造血潛能,促進ESC向造血細胞分化。 |
