A549 (H) cells were treated with or without IL-1 for 24 h, PMA (200 nM) for 24 h, 25 μg total protein per lane of cell lysates (see on figure) probed with CXCL5 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-62331R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
Western blot analysis of A549 cell lysate treated with TNF alpha and TPA . Using CXCL5 (bsm-62331R) monoclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
