Function: RAMP3 (receptor calcitonin activity modifying protein 3) transports the calcitonin gene-related peptide type 1 receptor (CALCRL) to the plasma membrane. It acts as a receptor for adrenomedullin (AM) together with CALCRL. It is strongly expressed in lung, breast, immune system and fetal tissues and belongs to the RAMP family. 25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with RAMP3 polyclonal antibody, unconjugated (bs-11972R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
