意義：肝脂酶 (Hepatic Lipase, HL) 僅存于肝內(nèi)皮細胞表面，在中密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白代謝中起重要作用。 原理： HL能水解乳劑中的TG。生成游離脂肪酸，進一步通過銅試劑法測定體系中游離脂肪酸的生成。 |
