| 產(chǎn)品介紹 | 蛋白質(zhì)的ε-氨基賴氨酸乙酰化是控制蛋白質(zhì)活性的一種重要的可逆修飾。核心組蛋白的氨基末端在多個(gè)位點(diǎn)發(fā)生賴氨酸甲基化,稱為“組蛋白密碼”或“表觀遺傳密碼”。核心組蛋白中賴氨酸甲基化是形成基因組活性區(qū)和非活性區(qū)的主要決定因素,因此在多種細(xì)胞事件中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。在大多數(shù)物種中,賴氨酸甲基化主要發(fā)生在組蛋白H3(Lys4、9、27、36、79)和H4(Lys20)上,并且與轉(zhuǎn)錄激活和沉默有關(guān)。受組蛋白甲基化酶(HMTs)和組蛋白去甲基化酶(HDMs)調(diào)控的組蛋白甲基化在癌癥和其他疾病的病理過程中受到損害,因此,調(diào)節(jié)組蛋白賴氨酸甲基化的酶已成為抗癌藥物的靶點(diǎn)。 |
