| 產(chǎn)品介紹 | 組蛋白翻譯后修飾（PTMs）是表觀遺傳學(xué)調(diào)控染色質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵機(jī)制，被稱為“組蛋白密碼”。組蛋白上的翻譯后修飾包括乙酰化，甲基化，磷酸化和近年發(fā)現(xiàn)的一些新型?；揎?。這些組蛋白修飾直接影響染色質(zhì)和轉(zhuǎn)錄因子或其他表觀調(diào)控子的結(jié)合，改變基因組的穩(wěn)定性和基因轉(zhuǎn)錄等。組蛋白甲基化通常發(fā)生在核心組蛋白的賴氨酸和精氨酸殘基。組蛋白甲基化既可以促進(jìn)也可以抑制基因轉(zhuǎn)錄，這取決于組蛋白甲基化是發(fā)生在賴氨酸還是發(fā)生在精氨酸上以及甲基化基團(tuán)的個(gè)數(shù)（賴氨酸可以發(fā)生一、二、三甲基化，精氨酸可發(fā)生單、對(duì)稱與非對(duì)稱二甲化）。組蛋白賴氨酸甲基化通常發(fā)生在組蛋白H3第4，9，27，36，79和組蛋白H4的第20位賴氨酸上；精氨酸甲基化通常發(fā)生在組蛋白H3的第2，8，17，26和組蛋白H4第3位精氨酸上。蛋白甲基化酶（HMT）和組蛋白去甲基化酶（HDM）是甲基化修飾主要的調(diào)控因子。 |
