GST is a 26kDa protein encoded by the parasitic helminth Schistosoma japonicum and widely used in the pGEX family of GST plasmid expression vectors as a fusion protein with foreign proteins. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm. Similarity: Belongs to the GST superfamily. Mu family. Contains 1 GST C-terminal domain. Contains 1 GST N-terminal domain. |

100 ng rmS100A7-GST protein (bs-42023P) per lane probed with GST tag monoclonal antibody respectively, unconjugated (bsm-33007R) at 1:50000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by corresponding conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
