Regn7075 bound to hu CD28-FL-CHO cells, and then rebounded to fluorescent secondary antibodies(Anti-human IgG, Fcγ PE) , and test by flow cytometry. As shown in fig, Regn7075 bound to hu CD28-FL-CHO cells, and the EC50 was 13.190 nM.
Regn7075 bound to EGFR-CHO-K cells, and then rebounded to fluorescent secondary antibodies(Anti-human IgG, Fcγ PE) , and test by flow cytometry. As shown in fig, Regn7075 bound to EGFR-CHO-K cells, and the EC50 was 2.363 nM.
