Ubamatamab bound to huCD3e-jurkat cells, and then rebounded to fluorescent secondary antibodies(Anti-Human IgG, Fcγ PE), and test by flow cytometry. As shown in fig, Ubamatamab bound to huCD3e-jurkat cells, and the EC50 was 6.845 nM.
